Job summary

Elite-Medical, LLC seeks a Night CNC Swiss Machinist in Bartlett, TN to set up and operate CNC Swiss machines for production and prototype devices. The role requires reading blueprints, understanding specifications, and ensuring Marle’s and customer quality requirements are met.

Responsibilities include loading materials, running tests, supervising machining, inspecting outputs, and maintaining equipment. Evening shift hours are 3pm–1:30am, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• CNC Swiss machining expertise with setup and operation responsibilities.
• 3+ years of machinist experience with programming responsibilities.
• Associate degree or trade certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to drill, mill, and related tasks.
• Read blueprints and customer specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors and automated controls.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines and run test operations.
• Supervise machine operations and adjust parameters to improve output quality.
• Inspect finished parts and compare with specifications for conformance.
• Maintain machines daily and check coolant levels and overall functionality.
