Job summary

Allure of Sterling in Sterling, IL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care in a supportive team. Night shifts run 6:00 pm–6:00 am, with opportunities for part-time and full-time schedules, and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

You will work within a skilled nursing and healthcare center, delivering high-quality care while ensuring resident comfort, safety, and dignity in a HIPAA-compliant setting.

Qualifications

English reading, writing, speaking required.
Current CNA certification in Illinois.
CPR certification required.
Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration.
Provide personal hygiene care (bathing, grooming, toileting, showers).
Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning and positioning.
Monitor and record vital signs, weights, intake/output.
Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly.
Observe changes and report to nursing supervisor.
Document care using required forms and records.
Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
Follow facility policies and regulations.
