Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions.
• Make beds and keep surroundings clean.
• Assist with hydration and basic care as directed.
