Job summary

Parkway Village Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated CNA for the night shift. You will assist residents with basic care, hygiene, mobility, and comfort, while supporting dietary needs and activity participation. Adherence to infection control, rights, and care plans is essential for quality resident care.

Requirements include Arkansas CNA certification, with a high school diploma or Nursing Assistant certificate preferred. Long-term care experience is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily resident care including oral hygiene, bathing, nail care, shaving and hair care.
• Ensure bowel and bladder needs are met per standards of care.
• Assist with nutritional needs and residents' activities (ambulation, moving, lifting, positioning).
• Follow infection control standards and treat residents, visitors, and staff with courtesy.
• Accept and organize assignments delegated by LPN/RN; report concerns.
• Maintain CNA practice knowledge and competencies; be dependable and proactive.
