Job summary

Oxley Park Health & Rehab in Lyons, GA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts. You will care for residents with dignity, build relationships, and work with a compassionate team.

Starting pay is $15.75 to $18.15 per hour with evening, night, and weekend differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Georgia or eligible.
• Ability to provide patient-centered, compassionate care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Foster a respectful, positive atmosphere for residents and families.
• Support transfer, positioning, and daily routines as required.
