Job summary

Oxley Park Health & Rehab seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a nonprofit setting. You will support daily living activities, monitor health changes, and collaborate with nurses to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Georgia or eligible for state licensure.
Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability and commitment to excellence.
Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents and families.
