Job summary

Envive Healthcare of Berne seeks a compassionate CNA for night shift to provide direct patient care and support residents' daily needs. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor well-being, and document observations for the supervising team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and hydration.
• Turn, reposition, and assist with ambulation during night shifts.
• Observe residents, report health changes to supervising nurse.
• Document resident intake and care provided.
• Maintain clean and safe resident rooms and common areas.
