Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Job Requirements:

1. Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Missouri.
2. Completed COVID-19 Vaccination or a willingness to receive vaccination.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities for Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):

1. Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in their activities of daily living.
2. Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
3. Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
4. Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
5. Pass out meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
6. Make beds & keep residents’ space clean and tidy.
7. Perform any other tasks involved in the daily care of the residents.
