Domino's Franchise is seeking a team member for closing operations at our Norfolk store. You will oversee end-of-night procedures, manage inventory and ordering on designated days, and prepare Domino’s products according to company standards.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have U.S. work authorization, stay organized under a fast-paced environment, and can multitask while addressing customer concerns. Teamwork and compliance with store policies are essential.

• During downtime, you are required to sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and find cleaning activities to help the store.

Responsibilities

• Closing Operations: Lead and manage the store's end-of-night procedures.
• Inventory & Ordering: Perform nightly inventory counts and place food orders on designated order days.
• Food Preparation: Prepare all Domino’s products according to Domino’s standards.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure freshness by identifying and properly disposing of expired products at the end of the day.
• Store Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the store to maintain high standards and ensure a smooth transition for the morning
