St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a Clinical Supervisor RN Nights to lead clinical operations, mentor nursing and ancillary staff, and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.

You’ll manage shift coverage, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and uphold patient-centered care standards while supporting a high-performing, compassionate team in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role offers professional growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Current BLS required.
• ACLS required and must be complete prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Two years’ experience in acute care specialty nursing. One year charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred. Must maintain all clinical competencies for area of supervision.
• Provides effective leadership for patient centered care delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Assume shift responsibility for planning and provision of nursing care.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members and direct nursing staff.
• Take a patient load.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide employees under supervision with corrective action and performance reviews.
