Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assistance and patient care for comfort, safety and personal needs.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Perform duties within a unit-based, self-directed patient care team.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts and transcribe orders.
• Enter information into computerized patient care system.
