Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking dedicated cleaners to join our hospitality-focused team. You will perform routine cleaning of commercial properties, including restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, and common areas, following our standards of quality and timeliness.

We offer starting pay at $16 per hour, training upon hire, and a benefits package. The role may require flexible hours; travel is rarely needed, and a safe, supportive work environment is provided.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to site-specific procedures.
• Ability to work irregular hours and multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean units including restrooms, kitchens, lobbies.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean doors.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, windowsills, blinds and furniture.
• Vacuum and mop hard floors; perform high-dusting.
• Report maintenance issues and damaged items to supervisor.
• Maintain organized storage areas and comply with safety policies.
