Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning procedures preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to work irregular hours and travel rarely.
• Passion for cleanliness and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning across sites.
• Empty trash receptacles and vacuum areas.
• Dust mop and sweep hard surface floors.
• Wet mop hard surface floors in restrooms, kitchens, lobbies.
• Clean units including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
• Dust horizontal surfaces and high dusting.
• Dust windowsills and blinds.
• Surgical cleaning in medical facilities if needed.
• Report maintenance issues per procedure.
• Report damaged carpets, drapes, furniture and linens.
• Report inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Report lost and found items to Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist in keeping storage closets clean and organized.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and manage time wisely.
