Job summary

The Hotel Hershey, part of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, is looking for dedicated Full-Time Team Members for overnight cleaning at our luxury resort in Hershey, PA. The role includes daily sanitation, pot cleaning, and broad housekeeping duties across kitchen and service areas.

Work hours are 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM with weekend and holiday availability. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage from the start, 401K contribution, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful.
• Must have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Performing daily clean up and sanitation maintenance activities according to established shift reports.
• Cleaning pots
• Power washing main kitchen walls and floors twice per week
• Removing all trash and cleaning trash cans daily
• Cleaning east garage, storeroom, butcher shop, hot line, hot appetizer station, bake shop, and garde manger station daily
• Cleaning and mopping all pantries, room service, ramps, stairs, storeroom, elevator, and main kitchen
• Performing other duties as assigned

Job Demands

• Normal working hours for this position are 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Work area is subject to seasonal temperature variations.
• Proper footwear to be provided by employee.
• Use of cleaning chemicals.
• Must be able to lift an average weight of 50 lbs. and climb up to a height of 25 ft. to clean.
• Considerable standing and walking required.
• This is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours.
