Job summary

The RN Charge Nurse at Baptist Medical Center South is responsible for coordinating unit activities, ensuring quality patient care, and mentoring staff during the third shift. You will report to the Nurse Manager and align with hospital policies, nursing process, and quality improvement standards.

Requirements include a nursing degree, RN licensure, BLS (and possibly ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC depending on area). Minimum 1 year of staff nurse experience is expected; strong communication and teamwork are

• RN licensure is required and active.
