Responsibilities

• Assists in total patient care within the nursing unit and manages the unit.
• Provides direct nursing care to patients.
• Carries out admin and patient care duties as directed by ADON/DON.
• Supervises and guides nurse aides and ensures adherence to policies.
• Administers medications per physician orders and observes care.
