Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a Charge Nurse for the Cardiovascular Unit on the night shift (7p–7a). This entry‑level management role coordinates patient care during the shift and provides leadership to the unit’s nursing staff, supporting clinical excellence and smooth operations.

The Cardiovascular Unit delivers intermediate care to cardiac surgery patients after open‑heart recovery, with a focus on safety, comfort and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license
• 6 Months relevant patient care experience required
• BCLS Required within 90 days
• ACLS Required within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care during designated shifts
• Provide leadership to the unit’s nursing staff
