Job summary

Festival Foods in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a Center Store 3rd Shift Stocker to stock and organize multiple departments, including grocery, frozen, dairy, health & beauty, during the evening/night shift. You will help unload deliveries and ensure shelves are well stocked and correctly priced for guests.

You will deliver friendly guest service, maintain clean aisles, and collaborate with leadership to meet standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn safety requirements and company policies, including lifting and tool use.
• Ability to learn and use store systems, including POS.
• Ability to safely operate equipment listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Stock across departments and keep shelves organized per planograms.
• Provide courteous guest service and assist guests across departments.
• Unload deliveries and maintain organized stock rooms.
• Maintain product presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Support leadership and communicate with teammates to meet standards.
• Be cashier trained and assist with store closing when needed.
• Address guest concerns promptly and keep areas clean.
• Maintain attendance and be ready for night/evening/weekend shifts.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
