Festival Foods in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Center Store 3rd Shift Stocker. This part-time role involves stocking across multiple departments, keeping aisles tidy and shelves well-organized, and ensuring guests have a great shopping experience in the evening/night hours.

You will restock, rotate stock with FIFO, assist with unloading deliveries, and support store operations. Training on the POS system is provided, and you may assist at the register when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse crew in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety rules and lifting techniques.
• Ability to learn and use the Point-Of-Sale (POS) register system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and rotation using FIFO and planograms.
• Provide exceptional guest service across departments.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organize stock rooms.
• Maintain product presentation and store cleanliness for a great shopping experience.
• Monitor pricing accuracy and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to uphold standards.
• Be prepared to support cashier duties during peak times or coverage.
• Help guests locate items and offer alternatives when needed.
