Job summary

Hannaford Supermarkets in Maine is looking for a dedicated team member to manage all duties of the Third Shift Center Store Associates and effectively run Center Store operations to meet financial and sales goals.

You will build strong associate and customer relationships, promote Hannaford’s culture, and lead a team through overnight or early morning shifts, with training including forklift and power jack as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong store operations and merchandising knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Interpersonal and organizational abilities required.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Willingness to complete forklift and power jack training.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Overnight or early morning shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Third Shift Center Store operations.
• Lead and coach store associates to meet sales goals.
• Ensure department appearance, quality, safety and food safety.
• Coordinate scheduling and productivity using company tools.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
