Job summary

Nicholas & Company Inc in Moab, UT is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport trailers from the depot to the distribution center. The role includes deliveries, backhauls, and yard duties, with a schedule from 5:00 pm to 3:00 am on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Requirements include a Class A CDL, current medical card, and at least one year of commercial driving experience. $30.00 per hour; full-time benefits available as described by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL with current medical card.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• DOT-compliant with basic math and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor trailer in traffic and in variable weather conditions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.
• Backhauls and local pickups as needed.
• Operate electronic log system to track stops and locations.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and report vehicle issues promptly.
