Job summary

Nicholas & Company Inc in Idaho Falls is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport trailers from the depot to the distribution center. You will make deliveries, handle backhauls, unload, transfer returns, and assist around the yard as needed.

Schedule is Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 7:00 pm to 5:00 am. The role offers $30.00 per hour with regular full-time benefits. Must meet DOT requirements and hold a Class A CDL with medical card.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL and valid medical card.
• Proven delivery driving experience.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Meets DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Backhauls and local pickups as needed.
• Operate electronic log system to track stops.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and comply with hygiene standards.
• Keep equipment clean; report vehicle issues promptly.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer in varying traffic and weather.
• Communicate routing changes to the supervisor promptly.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.
