Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to operate a 15+ passenger shuttle bus and assist with mobility needs.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends per schedule.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff and provide a friendly, helpful experience.
• Operate a 15+ passenger shuttle bus to transport passengers between parking areas and campus locations.
• Assist passengers with boarding/exiting, including mobility devices, per safety guidelines.
• Provide directions and general information concerning parking and campus wayfinding.
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate routes, requests, and delays.
• Keep shuttle vehicle clean and presentable and ensure equipment is stored properly.
• Follow all traffic laws and hospital safety rules.
