Job summary
Fuel It Refuelling LLC in Buffalo, NY is hiring a Fuel Delivery Driver with CDL Class A or B, Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. You will operate fuel trucks, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure safe delivery to commercial fleets.
We offer a night shift 9 PM–5 AM, steady year-round work, competitive hourly pay with overtime and performance bonuses, and on-site parking. Training and PPE provided; advancement to lead driver or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or X endorsement)
- Must be 25 years or older for insurance compliance
- Clean driving record and background check
- Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to lift and maneuver fuel hoses and handle physical demands
- Smartphone/tech skills for dispatch and logs
Responsibilities
- Safely operate fuel trucks to deliver gasoline and diesel to commercial clients
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections for safety and compliance
- Load and unload fuel per safety standards
- Complete delivery logs and client sign-offs using dispatch tools
- Follow route plans and communicate delays or site issues
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and on-site interactions
- Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols
- Report vehicle or equipment issues promptly to supervisors
