Job summary

Fuel It Refuelling LLC in Buffalo, NY is seeking a safety-focused Fuel Delivery Driver with endorsements to operate company trucks and perform wheel-to-wheel and bulk deliveries. You will follow DOT safety rules, complete logs, and provide top-quality service to commercial fleets.

The ideal candidate holds CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or X), has 3+ years of commercial driving, and can pass DOT drug tests. Night shifts 9 P.M.–5 A.M.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Hazmat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements, or X endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience (fuel delivery is a strong asset).
• Must be 25 years or older for insurance compliance.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening.
• Ability to lift and maneuver fuel hoses and handle physical demands.
• Basic smartphone and tech skills for dispatch systems.
• Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate fuel trucks to deliver gasoline and diesel to commercial clients.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is road-ready and safe.
• Load and unload fuel according to safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Accurately complete delivery logs, fuel meters, and client sign-offs using mobile dispatch tools.
• Follow route plans and communicate with dispatch regarding traffic, delays, or site issues.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and on-site interactions.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Report vehicle or equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
