Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services preferred.
• License: CDL-B & DOT Medical Card.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compliance: Background check and drug screening per policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Operate street sweeper and equipment safely.
• Complete routes within allotted time with quality and attention to detail.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns within 30 minutes or as soon as safe.
• Maintain professional communication with team, supervisors, and clients.
