Job summary

Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking experienced local and regional line drivers to join our 110-year legacy across WA, OR, ID, NV, UT, AZ, & CA. Home daily with competitive mileage pay and paid stops.

Requirements include 1 year of verifiable Class A experience, Hazmat/Tanker/Double endorsements, at least 21, a clean driving record, and strong communication. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holiday pay, cell phone stipend, and home daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements required at time of application.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No doubles experience required — training provided.
• Clean driving record – no DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the past three years.
• Strong communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Basic proficiency in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.
• Navigate challenging road conditions, including inclement weather.
• Consistently meet reliability and safety standards.
• Be prepared to chain up as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or nights if required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
