Job summary

Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel in Oak Grove, Kentucky is seeking a Surveillance Operator for the 3rd shift. You will monitor casino and surrounding areas, report infractions to the Surveillance leader, and help ensure game integrity and guest safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous surveillance experience preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
• Performs close watch duties as assigned.
• Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Receives periodic on-the-job training.
• Diligently monitors all company assets as well as monitors all employees for procedural violations.
• Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of procedures and policies for all departments.
• Enforces department procedures by observing and reporting any failure to comply with company policy or gaming regulation.
• Maintains up-to-the-minute, detailed, and accurate logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
