Responsibilities

• Read and implement care/ADLs according to the resident service plan
• Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms
• Demonstrates empathy and promotes resident independence
• Deliver care per individual service plan
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered
• Communicate resident status between shifts
• Report changes of condition to nursing in a timely manner
• Assist with safety, infection control, and cleanliness
