Northridge Village in Ames, IA, is seeking a dedicated Care Partner (Caregiver) to join our team. The role provides resident services including personal care, medications, social activities, and meals.

We offer 8- or 12-hour shifts with full-time and part-time options, along with a benefits package designed to support health and happiness for our team.

Shifts

In general, we offer 8-, and 12-hour shifts for our Caregiving positions. We have openings for full-time (30+ hours weekly) and part-time (up to 29 hours weekly) positions.

• Day: 6am-2:30pm (part-time)
• Nights: 10pm-6:30am (part-time)
