Job summary

Avamere at Suzanne Elise in Seaside, Oregon is seeking a dedicated caregiver for a full-time NOC shift (10pm-6am), Wednesday through Saturday. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, mobility, meal support, emotional companionship, and safety monitoring.

You will also handle light housekeeping, health observations, and documentation in the facility’s records. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care for seniors, with a focus on maintaining a warm, respectful environment

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required during employment.
• Food Handler's Card required.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation preferred.
• Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor with residents and guests.
• Genuine desire to improve quality of life for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Support mobility and transfer residents; assist with walking and use of mobility aids.
• Prepare and assist with meals; set up and remove trays as needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
