Right at Home in Laguna Hills is hiring compassionate night caregivers to assist seniors with evening routines and provide companionship. Training is provided, and there is a supportive team environment.

We offer a $300 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and comprehensive insurance plans along with 401(k). This is an on-site role serving Lake Forest and surrounding Orange County areas.

Qualifications

• Passionate about providing care to those in need.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship

• Assistance with bed bathing/shower, bathroom, ambulation, and medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Errands
• Documentation and reporting back to the care team
• Ability to stay attentive to client needs during a 12 hour overnight shift
