Qualifications

• Minimum one year of caregiving or similar experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and complete documentation accurately.
• Ability to meet health requirements including TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support meals for residents.
• Document changes in resident condition as per policy.
• Communicate effectively with fellow Care Partners regarding resident needs.
