Job summary

Episcopal SeniorLife Communities is seeking a Part-Time Night Resident Care Assistant to provide compassionate personal care and support to residents in a senior living environment. The role includes ADL assistance, meal service, and helping residents participate in daily activities.

Generous shift differentials apply for evenings, nights, and weekends. Must have HHA/PCA certification and a high school diploma, with a focus on safety and respectful interactions with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Certification as an HHA or PCA is required.
• Basic First Aid certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent with reading and writing ability.
• Experience or interest in working with older adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily grooming, bathing, and dressing.
• Support residents with ADLs and personal care.
• Provide housekeeping tasks and assist with meals and dining room service.
• Assist with activities and programs as directed by staff.
• Ensure residents attend appointments, activities, and meals.
• Communicate important information to staff promptly.
