Job summary

Episcopal SeniorLife Communities is seeking a Per Diem Resident Care Assistant to provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, meal service, and activities support for residents. The role includes housekeeping tasks, care plan updates, and ensuring resident comfort and safety in a community setting.

Applicants must hold a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide certification, have First Aid, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent with strong reading and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) is required.
• First Aid certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent with strong reading/writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services and supervision to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and dining room tasks.
• Support residents with housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Assist with care plans, ADL, and transportation to appointments.
• Promote resident socialization and activity participation.
