North Yorkshire Centre for Independent Living in Scarborough is seeking an Experienced Female Care Assistant to support a young lady with severe health conditions, including learning difficulties and epilepsy, who requires 24/7 care on a 2:1 basis. The hours available are 30 Night time hours per week plus extra hours to cover holidays and sickness of other staff members.

Please note the lady lives in her family home in Cayton, Scarborough.

Qualifikationen

• First aid: 1 year (preferred).
• Home care: 5 years (preferred).
• Epilepsy: 3 years (preferred).
• Learning Difficulties: 3 years (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Support a young lady with 24/7 care on a 2:1 basis.
• Cover 30 night-time hours per week and additional holidays/sickness as needed.
• Must have access to a car due to limited public transport.
• Possess knowledge of epilepsy and learning difficulties; assist with medication as required.
