Job summary

Woodland Recovery Center, part of Bradford Health Services in Mississippi, seeks Night Behavioral Health Technicians to support clinical staff in a safe, structured environment for individuals in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

As a BHT, you will monitor patients, facilitate group sessions, assist with daily routines, and document observations while ensuring safety and adherence to facility policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a mental health or behavioral health setting.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Preferred: associate degree in behavioral health; BH technician certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients and provide support.
• Assist with intake procedures and safety searches as needed.
• Monitor and document patient behavior and adherence to policies.
• Lead group sessions and recovery education activities.
• Facilitate patient engagement in treatment-related programs.
