Job summary

Burkwood Treatment Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to provide direct patient care during night shifts (7pm–7am) and help maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic environment under clinical or nursing leadership.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, at least six months of related experience, CPR and de-escalation and restraint training; training provided on hire. First aid may be required depending on state regulations and facility needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of related patient-care experience.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint training required; training provided on hire.
• State-specific first aid may be required.
