Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is hiring for a Night shift Packaging Operator. The role involves operating production bags, ensuring quality and safety, and supporting packaging and distribution activities. Shift premium applies, with a starting pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

The position requires following EHS, quality and food safety protocols, training, and collaboration with multiple teams to meet customer specifications and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Must possess an education or experience level to perform duties.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and be a team player.
• Computer knowledge including SAP, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Follow all EHS, Quality and Food Safety procedures and report incidents.
• Complete all EHS, Quality and Food Safety training.
• Support Quality and Food Safety programs and participate in related audits.
• Operate a production bag machine.
• Verify packaging schedules and proper setup.
• Set machine parameters per standard operating procedures.
• Download order information into the DBQ system and maintain quality checks.
