Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous hotel front office, night audit, cashier, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic accounting and cash-handling knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registering guests with advance reservations efficiently and accurately.
• Welcoming guests and assisting visitors during the overnight shift.
• Providing guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and the area.
• Answering internal and external calls, taking messages, and directing calls.
• Overnight reservation attendant and handling reservation needs.
• Run end-of-day reports and reconcile information across hotel systems.
