Job Summary

The night auditor will be responsible for closing out and rolling the dates in all systems that support hotel operations. They will have a dual role as a Front Desk Agent and Auditor.

Job Duties
  • Perform nightly audits of the POS and PMS, including scrutinizing transactions, making notes for managers, posting room rates, closing and rolling dates, and securing hotel areas.
  • Provide guest services such as resolving complaints, check-ins, check-outs, room upgrades, handling maintenance and housekeeping requests, and managing phone calls and retail sales.
  • Manage guest experience by informing guests of activities and dining options, and booking reservations as requested.
  • Report safety hazards immediately to your supervisor.
Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED, with an aptitude for math.
  • Previous hotel front desk and PMS experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills; ability to work independently and overnight shifts.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
  • Walking, standing, sitting, carrying, and driving.
