We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we're known for. As a part-time Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to our guests, balancing charges, maintaining files, and resetting the system for the next day's operations.

What will you be doing?

• Perform front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, processing guest transactions, answering the telephone, managing reservations, balancing credit card and cash transactions, running audit reports, and taking accurate messages for guests and management.
• Perform data entry and guest transactions on the front desk computer system, utilizing hotel PMS (Property Management System).
• Provide quality service for guests in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
• Take ownership of guest complaints and provide prompt solutions within your scope of authority.
• Monitor front desk areas for safety, security, and appearance, and report any injuries, accidents, or issues as necessary.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to assess room status for cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate cash control, including managing the cash drawer and ensuring all funds are accounted for and deposited according to policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability and willingness to work overnight, third shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Night Audit experience preferred.
• Availability to work overnight and weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
