Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team at our hotels. This role supports the nightly closing, auditing guest ledgers, and ensuring accuracy of charges while providing exceptional guest service.

The position requires at least 1 year in accounting or night audit, familiarity with PMS, and a high school diploma or GED. The role involves night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, with opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year accounting or night auditor experience.
• Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Audit the daily guest ledger and post daily room rates and taxes.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Perform end-of-day accounting functions.
• Assist front desk with check-ins/check-outs and reservations.
• Maintain front desk area and assist with guest issues.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guestledger
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and roomtax
• Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios
• Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from food, room andother departments
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, bookingreservations and resolving guest issues
• Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handlingprocedures
• Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for theirshift
• Monitors hotel security camerasystem
• Ensures that lobby is well-maintained, properly lit and with music at proper volume
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Any other duties asassigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditorrole
• Knowledge of PMS
• High School Diploma/GED
