Job description

Night Auditors serve as our overnight Guest Service Representatives, handling phone calls, reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, and responding to guest requests. They also ensure safety and security measures are maintained. The role requires compassionate and efficient service, especially since guests arriving late at night are often tired. Night Auditors typically have fewer guest interactions, allowing them to perform additional responsibilities such as updating the business date and posting room charges. They also tidy public spaces during quiet hours and communicate important information to daytime teams, including Housekeeping and Maintenance, through strong written communication.

This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time if willing to work additional shifts. Currently, availability is needed for 2 nights per week overnight shifts, along with 2-3 day shifts weekly.

About You :

You should be a night owl with a positive attitude, able to work overnight hours including weekends, and dependable. You must be capable of multitasking, remaining calm, approachable, and eager to connect with team members and guests. A genuine interest in enhancing the experience for everyone through dedication, proactive communication, innovation, and collaboration is essential.
