Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrivals and departures.
• Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations.
• Cash handling.
• Post and run night audit reports.
• Maintain hotel safety and security standards.
• Communicate hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain daily logs.
• Deliver express checkout receipts and newspapers as needed.
