Job summary

The Lodge at Primland, Auberge Collection in Meadows of Dan, Virginia, seeks a Night Auditor to safeguard financial integrity during the night shift. You will conduct end-of-day audits, process guest charges, support overnight check-ins and check-outs, and produce daily financial and occupancy reports.

This role offers a pay rate of $20 per hour plus benefits including team member cafeteria, holiday pay, stay program, and discounts on food, beverage, and spa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Night Auditor or similar role.
• Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end‑of‑day financial audits, including reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
• Facilitate the check‑in and check‑out processes during overnight hours, ensuring accuracy in‑room charges, payments, and guest information.
• Generate and distribute daily reports summarizing financial transactions, room occupancy, and other relevant information for management review.
• Assist guests during overnight hours, addressing inquiries, handling reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for late‑night arrivals or early departures.
• Monitor security and safety systems, address any issues or concerns that may arise during the night, and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
