HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor for a part-time shift at Marriott Jacksonville Downtown in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on maintaining financial controls, balancing revenue, and coordinating with Security and Housekeeping to ensure quality service for guests.

The incumbent will audit daily revenue, run front office system reports, input transactions, and resolve any computer issues that arise during the shift, ensuring accurate daily summaries for management review.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise calculations using a 10-key.
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; adapt to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes/journals and breakdowns of revenue, covers, tips, and settlements by type.
• Run audit reports from the front office system and POS; make corrections and adjustments as needed.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly; reset system for next day operations.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
