Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional welcome to late-arriving guests.
• Perform end-of-day financial audits and reconcile daily transactions.
• Ensure accuracy in billing, payments, and reporting.
• Monitor property security and respond to guest needs overnight.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for hotel leadership.
• Assist with overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for next-day readiness.
