Job summary

Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Guest Services Associate to greet, register Guests and sell rooms from inventory. The typical schedule runs 11:00pm to 7:30am as Manager-on-Duty, monitoring hotel activity and coordinating responses to emergencies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and at least 6 months in public or guest relations service. Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.50 plus an overnight differential.

• High school graduate with general business office training or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in public or guest relations service.

Responsibilities

• Greets, registers Guests, and sells rooms available in inventory.
• Monitors hotel activity and serves as Manager-on-Duty overnight.
