Night Auditor/Overnight Guest Representative - Extended Stay Premier Suites Chandler AZ

Join us as a Night Auditor/Overnight Guest Representative at Concord Hospitality Enterprises.

Position Details

Starting wages: $16.50 per hour

Role Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality experience by handling phone systems, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Conduct hourly property walks, ensuring hallways and stairwells are clean.
• Assemble bed packs for daily departures.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
• Manage hotel laundry, including washing, drying, and folding.
• Prepare breakfast area for morning guests.
• Print night audit reports and assemble packs.
• Maintain the appearance of the lobby, guest laundry, and vending area.
• Be familiar with all hotel emergency procedures.
